SER MOBILE PHONES strives to deliver goods and services that go beyond your expectations. Our first goal is making sure you're satisfied. Please go over our Return, Refund, Replacement, warranty claim policy for information on how we handle Return, Exchange Policy, warranty claim.
Return Policy:
Product returns are only possible under certain circumstances:
- A product that is defective or damaged in comparison to what is offered on our website.
- The delivered products are not what were ordered.
Change of mind:
Generally speaking, SER MOBILE PHONES refuses to consider returns for changes of mind. Whenever a consumer insists on returning without any functional faults, 20% of the total cost paid by the customer will be deducted, minimum of 200 AED. After the order is delivered, the return can be initiated within three (3) days, (unopened and still in its original package).
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for returns are not covered by Ready 2 Resale. Even if the item was shipped for free initially, the purchaser is still responsible for covering any shipping costs incurred.
Out of Stock Product Policy:
The product you purchased is either out of stock or there are problems with our inventory and quality control. We might have to cancel your order in such circumstances. We will notify you ahead of time about it. If you made your purchase online, when your request has been verified by our team, you will receive your money back using the original payment method. No reimbursement is necessary if you choose cash on delivery.
Transportation Damage:
SER MOBILE PHONES package the merchandise with the highest level of care. Simultaneously, we guarantee optimal packaging to prevent any damage to the objects during transportation. Please be aware that SER MOBILE PHONES is not responsible for any harm done to the products while they are being shipped or in transportation.
* Customer advice: If the box is damaged, do not accept the order or produce a video proof at the time of acceptance of the order for a claim in case any damage occurs to the product.
Exchange Policy:
Within fourteen (14) days following the date of delivery, customers may seek a replacement.
Replacement can only process when,
- Damage Product: if the delivered product is physically damage.
- Non-functional or flawed: if the item is flawed or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- Incomplete order: if the delivered order is incomplete (missing accessories, part).
- Wrong order: the delivered products are not what were ordered.
To initiate a replacement claim, send proper evidence (videos, and pictures) If your order qualifies for a replacement, we'll set up a reverse pickup from your address. After the original item is returned, a free new order will be issued using normal delivery. Within (3) days pickup will be arranged. Upon receipt of the products, provide pictures and a video of its unboxing.
Warranty Policy:
Whenever you open a package, it's recommended that you record a video unboxing.
Warranty covered:
- Damage Product: if the delivered product is physically damage.
- Non-functional or flawed: if the item is flawed or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- The products arrived with physical problems, such as additional dents or scratches, malfunctioning keys, a broken camera, and irregular battery timing.
- For products covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty, the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty apply. Customers must get in direct touch with the manufacturer's service centre to obtain warranty assistance. Upon receipt of the product, provide pictures and a video of its unboxing.
- The warranty terms and conditions for refurbishing products are under a 14-day warranty. The client needs to contact the SER MOBILE PHONES service centre directly to get warranty service for those products within the 14-day time period. Upon receipt of the product, provide pictures and a video of its unboxing.
Violation:
Return, Refund, Replacement, and Warranty claims will not be entertained in the following circumstances:
- Defects brought on by uncontrollable circumstances such as lightning, unusual voltage, natural disasters, product drops, damage by mishandling, or problems encountered while the product was being transported to a service facility by the customer's home would not be covered.
- In the event that the product has undergone physical damage or breakage, unauthorized opening, repairs, alterations, etc.
- Accessories are not covered by warranties.
- If the IMEI is deleted, edited, vandalized, or does not match the Ready 2 Resale database.
- In the event that the original invoice is not given, is changed, or is rendered illicit.
- Any harm brought on by using an erroneous software.
- Defects or damages brought on by user abuse or disregard for usage instructions are not covered under this policy.
Customers should be vigilant:
- It is advised to always create an unboxing video upon receipt of the products no return, replacement, refund or warranty claim will be acceptable without proper video or picture proof.
- SER MOBILE PHONES shall not be held liable for damage caused by *poor packaging (If customer is returning the device), and the claimed item will be returned to the buyer unaltered. It is the responsibility of the customer to safely wrap the item or place it in its original box to prevent damage during shipment.
- Before handing over the device, either remove the Apple ID and passcode or pattern lock, or supply the necessary passcode, etc.
- SER MOBILE PHONES will not be responsible for any loss or misuse of data. You must properly back up your data and erase it before turning the phone over.
- Defects or damages brought on by user abuse or disregard for usage instructions are not covered under this policy.
- The original invoice and IMEI number must be shown by the client in order to be eligible for any services.
- The client will be responsible for paying the entire handling and shipment costs (on an actual basis) if the phone is discovered to be in perfect working order.
Your consent:
You hereby consent to our Return, Refund, Replacement & warranty Policy and accept its conditions by using our website, creating an account, or making a transaction.
Modification:
SER MOBILE PHONES maintains the right, at any time and without prior notice to you, to change or Return, Refund, Replacement & Warranty Policy. You agree to be governed by the amended Return & Refund Policy if you use the service going forward. You can cancel your account if you do not wish to accept these or any future updates to the Return & Refund Policy.
