How to use Tamara?
Tamara Instructions
Step 1: Select a Product
Select the product you want to buy and add it to cart.
Step 2: Checkout
Click on checkout and fill out your details such as name, address and phone number.
Step 3: Select Tamara
Select Credit Card, Wallets & Tamara by PayTabs from the payment options and click on place order.
Step 4: Verification
Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP from Tabby to login. Then proceed to scan the QR code on the verification screen and confirm your identity by scanning your valid ID.
Step 5: Card Details
After verification, enter your card details and complete the process.

Yes, Tamara charges no interest. There are no hidden charges if payments are made on time.
How do I make payments?
Payments are automatically charged to your debit or credit card.
How do returns and refunds work with Tamara?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once SER Mobile registers your return or cancellation with Tamara.
When will my payment schedule start?
Your first payment is made at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are monthly.
What happens if I miss a payment? Are there any charges?
Missing a payment results in suspension of Tamara services and a collection fee. Another fee is applied if unpaid after two weeks. Regular reminders help avoid missed payments.
Can I pay off my purchases early?
Yes, you can make early payments via Tamara's app or website without any additional fees.
Can I buy anything with Tamara on SER Mobile?
Currently, all items under AED 2,500 are eligible for Buy Now Pay Later with Tabby.
Is there a minimum or maximum transaction amount to use Tamara?
The minimum transaction amount is AED 100, and the maximum is AED 2,000.
