Shipping policy

Shipment Method:

• Processing time for all orders may take up to 48 hours before shipment.
• On weekdays, Monday through Saturday, orders will be delivered. Orders submitted on Saturday after 3 p.m. will be dispatched on Monday.
• A greater volume of orders may occasionally cause minor delays.

Payment Method:

• SER Mobile Phones has enlisted the services of a reputable third party to handle financial transactions in order to guarantee a safe and expert payment procedure.
• SER Mobile Phones allows credit cards and COD. You have the option to select from the following list of payment options throughout the payment process.
• COD available for all orders placed from the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery Method:

• Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address during checkout.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Fridays are not the days that deliveries are made.
• It is not possible to guarantee delivery times.
• The United Arab Emirates is eligible for free delivery.
• We currently deliver to all over UAE & KSA only.
• Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
• Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful delivery.
• Same Day Delivery will be possible if order confirmed before 10am, also same day delivery is only available for Dubai within city limits. At UAE standard time with an extra charge of AED 39/device.
